I ordered a starter advance account but it turned out it was empty on Astrite, So I sent them pictures for proof of Astrite being empty and the order receipt to their email provided on the after sale receipt, after some hours (6 or so) they email me back with a new account that had the resources, gave a 4 stars due to time but other than that I'm happy that my issue was resolved.
