    I bought North America accounts and follow the constructions completely only to find out. I now have been soft locked possibly because of my IP but that was not in any tutorial or instructions that they give you on their website when you’re purchasing I made sure Not to change the email or password and I can only access the website if I switch my VPN to China I am not using my phone for the game. I play on console which connected fine, but now I am soft locked because of IP.
