Bought a limbus account advertised with 130+ pulls account had 129, it showed advertised 10x 3+ star pulls which were included and they tried to tell me it was part of the 130 pulls. Account advertised at 1000+ threads came with 868. I didn’t ask for a refund or a new account just simply sent them an email that it did not include everything it was advertised at and they responded telling me “ Kindly Google to learn more about the game first if you are new, we always giving more resources than as advertised, we are good to take back the account and spend everything until it is only exactly as advertised, no extra freebies as usual and nothing more left in the tank to spend, simply the baseline of shown.” It was already short not by much but this is very unprofessional and rude I was simply letting them know. I don’t think I will buy here again in the future or recommend them to my friends again
